Overview
Pune Cantonment Board and Southern Command (Army) entrusted us with transforming 5 acres of land in the heart of the city. The site was categorized as wasteland, with a foul-smelling Nala flowing through it.
The objective was to convert the neglected land into a functional public space while organically treating the Nala and improving overall environmental quality.

1. Organic Nala Treatment
Implemented cascading water filtration systems.
Reduced foul odor through natural purification methods.
2. Preservation of Existing Banyan Trees
Designed meandering pathways around mature trees.
Protected root zones while enhancing user circulation.
3. Sustainable Landscape Development
Introduced a natural-looking waterbody to enhance ecological balance.
Used Shahabad stone and murrum for cost-effective execution.
Integrated extensive ground covers for low maintenance and durability.
